How does the remote control work?
The remote control allows parents to disable the joysticks and control the car fully remotely.
Can I use Bumpeez™ indoors?
Yes, Bumpeez™ is safe for indoor play. The soft bumpers protect walls and furniture from scrapes and scuffs.
Are Bumpeez™ cars easy to inflate?
Yes! Bumpeez™ inflates automatically – just push the power button and the character inflates in seconds!
What ages is this product for?
Bumpeez is suitable for 18 months - 7 years old

How much does it weigh?

What is the maximum user weight?
For best performance, It is suggested up to 50 lbs/22.6 kgs but it can work for more than that as well
What is it made of?
Built from ASTM Certified quality plastic materials with cushioned rubber bumpers to protect walls and furniture.
Does it require batteries or a power outlet?
The car can be charged with a standard outlet and the remote control requires 2 AAA batteries (not included)
What is the speed?
There are two-speed options: 0.80-1.30 MPH (1.3-2.1 KPH)
Can it be cleaned?
Yes, the car can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not immerse this item or any of the parts in water or liquid.
How long does a battery charge last?
2-4 hours depending on the usage and riding surface.
Is there a light indicator when charging and when it's full?
Yes, the lights will blink when charging and all 4 lights turn solid when the vehicle is fully charged.
How can I switch to remote control mode?
You can switch the Remote Only Mode button on the car to ON to disable the joysticks on the vehicle and take full control of the vehicle by remote control. Switch the Remote Only Mode button to OFF to allow joystick operation.
How far can the remote be from the bumper car?
60-80 feet, depending if its indoors or outdoors and if there are obstacles .
Can it ride on surfaces like grass or gravel?
Bumpeez can be used on all surfaces indoors and outdoors, however we recommend only using them on level surfaces and in safe environments.
Does it work well on the carpet?
Bumpeez works well on hard floors and low-pile or firm carpets. However, on thick or plush carpets where the wheels sink in, performance may be reduced
Will the tires scratch a laminate floor?
No it will not scratch the floor
Does the car require assembly?
Yes, minor assembly is required. (Estimated 5 minutes) For the inflatable part and the handles, You will need a Phillips screwdriver for assembly (not included)
How safe is it/how is it safety tested?
Bumpeez is equipped with a 4-wheel balance to prevent tip-overs and a 5-point seatbelt. For maximum safety, Children should always be supervised by an adult when riding the Bumper Car This product has passed all CPSC, ASTM, USA testing requirements
What characters are available?
We currently offer two options: a dinosaur and a unicorn

How long will it take to receive my Bumpeez™ order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.
What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team at cs@bumpeeztoys.com for assistance with returns.

Do you offer a warranty on Bumpeez™ products?
Yes! All Bumpeez™ products come with a 1-year warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team at cs@bumpeeztoys.com, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your Bumpeez™ product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund.
